At the moment, there isn’t a master ingredient list by product. I recommend reviewing the ingredient label carefully before use to make sure it works for you.

Most orders ship within 2–3 business days after they’re received. During holidays or promotions, processing may take about 4–5 business days. Shipping time starts once the order has shipped.

If your order just shipped, tracking information can take 1–2 business days to update in the carrier’s system. If it still hasn’t updated after that, feel free to reach out.

Yes, local pickup is available by appointment only. Please call ahead to schedule and be mindful of your pickup time so everything runs smoothly.

Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility shifts to the carrier. I recommend contacting them directly with your tracking number to start an investigation. To avoid issues, it’s best to be available on the delivery date or arrange a carrier pickup if needed.
